We had a wonderful time! We stayed in a great cabin, that one of Chris' clients so graciously let us use. The boys loved shooting their bb guns and going on trails, and I loved rocking away on the front porch. Chris had to drag me to the van when it was time to leave!

School in the corner :)

This is my little corner of the world. Chris made me a frame for our marker board and now we have cork strips to hang our history and bible timeline cards up and grammar posters. On the other wall we have our ancient map up, to which we add a yellow medallion that corresponds with each card we study. The kids are enjoying school and learning a ton already. Today they learned how to use a dictionary and the meaning of Antonyms and Synonyms. They reminded me that it was time for lunch around 1:30! :)

I have removed the bad hair day pictures, at my husband's request, and wanted to post the new cut and ear rings for grandma to see.
